Biography

Dr. Nicole Chadha received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Kansas, then returned to her southern roots in Georgia to pursue her career in medicine. She graduated with her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.

She subsequently completed her pediatric residency at Palmetto Health Richland Children’s Hospital associated with the University of South Carolina and fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Vanderbilt University.
Upon completion of her fellowship, Dr. Chadha remained on faculty at Vanderbilt as an Assistant Professor within the Division of Pediatric Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonary Medicine. Dr. Chadha is board certified in Pediatrics and Allergy and Immunology.

She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the American College of Asthma Allergy and Immunology.

Dr. Chadha chose to specialize in Allergy in specific because she enjoys studying the intricacies of the immune system and likes that the specialty allows her to treat both children and adults. The chronic nature of allergic disease affords her the chance to build lasting relationships with her patients. She finds grand reward in providing care and education that results in an improved quality of life for her patients.

Dr. Chadha has numerous interests in a variety of allergic and immunologic conditions, including food allergy, asthma, urticaria, allergic rhinitis, primary immunodeficiency and eosinophilic esophagitis. She has contributed to research on eosinophilic esophagitis in children and has presented her work both locally and nationally.

Dr. Chadha lives in Charlotte with her husband, Ashley, a pediatric pulmonologist, 2 young sons, and 2 dogs.

David Pearlman founded Colorado Allergy and Asthma Centers with Drs. Avner and Buckley in 1972. He is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, for which he also served on the Board of Directors. He is also certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Pearlman attended Cornell University and received his Doctor of Medicine from State University of New York at Syracuse. He received his training in pediatrics at the University Hospitals of Cleveland and at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Middle, where he also had a post-doctoral fellowship in immunology.

After a fellowship in pharmacology at the National Institute for Medical Research in London, England, he returned to the CU Medical School as Director of Pediatric Allergy before leaving in 1972.

He was honored with the Distinguished Clinician Award of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and The American Board of Pediatrics, CU Medical School and the Joint Allergy and Asthma Task Force for outstanding contribution to the field of allergy and immunology. He has been listed in various publications as one of the Best Doctors in the U.S.

since 1980.

Manuel S. Villareal, M.D.

Dr. Manuel Villareal practices Internal Medicine as an Allergist and Immunologist. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy & Immunology and American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM); a Certified Physician Investigator and ABIM Geriatric Medicine specialist; and a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.

He graduated cum laude from De La Salle University School of Medicine in the Philippines. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at St. Peter’s Medical Middle, where he served as Chief Resident, and his fellowship training in Allergy & Immunology and Geriatric Medicine at UCLA — West Los Angeles VA Medical Center.

Along with treating Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati patients at Fragge Allergy & Asthma Clinics since 1994, Dr. Villareal is athletic in academic clinical research; teaching medical students, residents and fellows; and several clinical drug trials on breakthrough treatments and therapies. He is an Affiliate Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati (UC) College of Medicine and Faculty at St.

Elizabeth Medical Center’s Family Medicine Residency Program. He also collaborates with the UC Department of Environmental Health and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Division of Allergy & Immunology. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles in major medical journals.
